Orientation Tour
Consultation regarding commute and areas of interest. Tours are adapted to meet the client’s specific needs. After consultation, a 2-3 hour guided tour is arranged to view general areas and to view 1 or 2 properties. Other relocation information is available depending upon the interests of the client.
Rental Tour
Consultation regarding commute, cities, crime, areas of interest and housing needs. This guided rental tour provides for pre-arranged appointments to view areas, housing/apartments with our associate. This tour usually provides appointments every 1/2-hour, viewing from 6 to 8 available rentals. This tour is usually 3.5 - 5 hours long. Clients are provided with follow-up rental listings if they have not made a decision regarding renting the properties that they have been shown on the rental tour.
Settling-In Services
The settling-in service includes taking the client to the Social Security Administration to apply for a Social Security card, Department of Motor Vehicles to apply for a Drivers license, local banks to set up a bank account, visit school locations and other orientation services such as obtaining rental furniture. These services can be tailored to fit the clients’ particular needs.
Customized Relocation Package
We can also customize a relocation package that may include one or two elements of the above-mentioned services. This package could include one day of indoctrination services, plus a guided rental tour the next day. Or maybe your employee is interested in receiving only rental listings. We can also provide this service. |
